 Our firm is a loan originator.  We are here to provide information on HUD apartment building and ALF/SNF FINANCING OPTIONS.  Our goal is to place you with a HUD approved Lender AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. However initially we want to educate you on the different types of loans available to you.  This is done through a FREE initial loan sizing.  We can help you determine whether your project qualifies and if so at what loan amount.
